Our verification process is designed to protect the integrity of the platform and ensure that records are accurate, fair, and useful to future buyers and sellers.
What Verification May Require
- Bill of sale or auction purchase confirmation
- Title or registration document in the submitter's name
- Transport or delivery record
- Payment confirmation from the auction platform
- Other documentation demonstrating purchase or ownership
Verification documents are reviewed privately. Sensitive personal information such as full names, addresses, and financial details is not publicly displayed. Only the verification status is shown on the vehicle record.

Claims should be supported by documentation where reasonably available.

Reports must relate to the specific vehicle identified by VIN.
